Check your device against the requirements before downloading. ClubGG is a light application, but an out-of-date operating system is by far the most common reason an installation fails.

Step-by-step installation
Android
- Open Google Play and search for ClubGG
- Confirm the developer is GGPoker, then tap Install
- Open the app and accept the basic permissions
- Create a GGPass account or sign in to an existing one
- Tap Join Club and enter the club number
iOS
- Open the App Store and search for ClubGG
- Tap Get and confirm with Face ID or your password
- Open the app and sign in with GGPass
- If the download stalls, check that you have free storage
- Tap Join Club and enter the club number
Windows
- Go to clubgg.com and download the Windows client
- Run the installer and accept the Windows security prompt
- Wait for the installation to finish and launch the client
- Sign in with the same GGPass account you use on mobile
- Join the club from the Club screen
macOS
- Download the .dmg file from clubgg.com
- Drag ClubGG into your Applications folder
- On first launch, right-click and choose Open to approve the developer
- Sign in with your GGPass account
- Join the club from the Club screen
Troubleshooting common problems
The download stalls or fails halfway
This is almost always an unstable connection or low storage. Switch to a stable Wi-Fi network, free up at least 500MB and retry. On Android, clearing the Google Play cache from Settings → Apps also resolves most stuck downloads.
The app will not open after installing
Close the app completely, restart the device and open it again. If that does not help, uninstall and reinstall — your GGPass account lives in the cloud, so nothing is lost.
Sign-in fails or returns an error
Check the username and password, and make sure the device clock is set to update automatically — an incorrect clock breaks authentication. Use the recovery link on the sign-in screen if you forgot the password.
Windows blocks the installer
That warning is standard for any file downloaded from the internet. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" — but only if you downloaded the file from clubgg.com.
The club number returns no results
Make sure the number is entered exactly, with no spaces. If the search is still empty, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm you are on the right screen in the app.
The game feels slow or freezes mid-hand
Close background apps, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi and make sure the app is on the latest version. On desktop, closing a browser with many open tabs frees memory and noticeably improves performance.
Join the club
After installing, create an account, tap Join Club and enter 187197. Send us your Player ID on WhatsApp and we will approve you within minutes.

No. Once you create a GGPass account you can sign in on any device. Profile, history and bankroll sync through the cloud.
Which device is best for poker?
It depends on how you play. For casual play, Android or iOS is fine. For a regular player who multi-tables, a Windows PC or Mac is far more comfortable thanks to the larger screen.
